1. Introduction
Welcome to Always Many Insurance Services ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By purchasing and/or using our auto insurance policies ("Policy"), you ("Policyholder," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. These Terms, along with your Policy documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for an auto insurance policy with us, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid driver’s license in the jurisdiction where the vehicle is registered.
- Own or lease a vehicle registered in your name.
3. Coverage and Limits
Your coverage options, limits, and deductibles are outlined in your Policy documents. Coverage types may include:
- Liability Coverage: Covers damages for bodily injury and property damage to others if you are found at fault in an accident.
- Collision Coverage: Covers damages to your vehicle caused by a collision, regardless of fault.
- Comprehensive Coverage: Covers damages to your vehicle not caused by a collision, such as theft, fire, or natural disasters.
- Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage: Covers damages when the other driver is at fault and does not have sufficient insurance.
The specific terms, conditions, and limits of each coverage type are detailed in your Policy documents.
4. Premiums and Payment
4.1 Premium Calculation
Premiums are calculated based on various factors, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle type, make, and model
- Driving history
- Age and experience of the driver
- Geographic location
- Coverage selected
4.2 Payment Terms
Premiums must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in your Policy. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation or non-renewal of your Policy.
5. Policy Renewal and Cancellation
5.1 Renewal
Your Policy will automatically renew at the end of the coverage period unless you or the Company decide otherwise. You will receive a renewal notice detailing any changes in terms, coverage, or premiums.
5.2 Cancellation by Policyholder
You may cancel your Policy at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Any unearned premium will be refunded to you on a pro-rata basis.
5.3 Cancellation by Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel your Policy for reasons including but not limited to non-payment of premiums, fraudulent claims, or significant changes in your risk profile. You will be notified in writing prior to cancellation.
6. Claims
6.1 Filing a Claim
In the event of an accident or other covered event, you must notify us as soon as possible. Failure to report a claim promptly may result in denial of coverage. To file a claim, you must:
- Provide all relevant details, including the date, time, and location of the incident.
- Cooperate with the Company’s investigation, including providing statements, attending examinations, and supplying requested documents.
- Allow the Company to inspect your vehicle and any damages.
6.2 Claims Investigation
The Company reserves the right to investigate all claims thoroughly. We may deny claims found to be fraudulent, exaggerated, or not covered under the Policy.
7. Exclusions
Your Policy does not cover:
- Intentional damage caused by you or any other covered person.
- Damage resulting from illegal activities or while operating a vehicle without a valid license.
- Wear and tear, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, or depreciation.
- Vehicles used for commercial purposes unless specifically covered under the Policy.
- Damage caused by war, terrorism, or nuclear events.
8. Policy Changes
The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and the terms of your Policy upon renewal. You will be notified of any significant changes in writing. Continued use of the Policy after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Privacy and Data Use
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected from you will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and your Policy are governed by the laws of the state in which your Policy was issued. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your Policy will be resolved in the courts of that state.

12. Miscellaneous

- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with your Policy documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
